Have you ever felt like an old festering wound is running the show— on loop?
Like you're reliving the same emotional scene, even when nothing “bad” is happening?
What you're noticing is not just a pattern—
It’s a rhythm, quietly pulsing beneath your pain and relational struggles.
Like a song on repeat… waiting for your loving attention so it can finish.
⬇ To learn how to help your system complete these loops in your experience…
Watch my newest YouTube video
It offers a unique perspective on how to bring repeating patterns to full resolution.
There’s a signal echoing through your system—subtle, but persistent.
You may have tuned it out.
That tension in your belly during confrontation…
The exhaustion after interacting with certain people…
The way you pull away just when closeness is finally available—
These aren’t random.
They are unfinished internal business —holding the charge of a moment that never had the space or sense of safety to complete.
Crystallized Memory
In my work, I call this the Crystallized Memory Theory.
When something overwhelms your system—emotionally, physically, or energetically—and you don’t have the internal resources to process it fully…
The memory doesn’t disappear.
It relocates.
It moves out of your vertical core and into your Biofield—the electromagnetic field surrounding the body—where it hardens as Emotional Scar Tissue and lives there until your system is resourced enough to fully process it.
From there, it sends out rhythmic signals that are calling to your consciousness for resolution. The signal itself is waiting to be met with the presence and acceptance it needed in the first place.
What is Emotional Scar Tissue?
Think of it like the fascia in the body—if you’ve ever had scar tissue from an injury or surgery, you know how it can cause pain and restrictions over time.
Emotional Scar Tissue works the same way—only it’s energetic.
It’s a dense, protective buildup of unresolved and conglomerated memory that doesn’t just sit there. It stabilizes the memory —the imprint— that is held within it.
Emotional Scar Tissue communicates to our bio-mind through:
Chronic pain and tension
Mystery illnesses
Anxiety or depression
Relationship patterns that loop endlessly
These aren’t just symptoms or reactions
They’re signals from your system… calling for completion.
The beauty is: we can map it.
Your Innate Intelligence System knows exactly where that memory lives. And whether or not the story needs to be known in order for it to resolve —it will guide you accordingly.
Sometimes we do need the story. Many times, we don’t.
Either way—the rhythm itself will guide the way.
Here’s what I want you to truly grock:
These rhythms are not regressions and not random symptoms.
They are returns to unresolved rhythms
Rhythms that didn’t get to finish when they first began.
Allowing the song to finish is the key.
Instead of fixing the loop, try meeting it.
When we soften toward what’s looping—rather than trying to solve it—something opens. When we stop trying to fix these loops —the memory— that is crystalized and hardened in the biofield, we naturally meet the signal that is looping, something opens and comes to completion.
As it finishes its arc, the memory doesn’t want to be “solved”—what it needs is to be held lovingly —without judgement as something to “get rid of”.
The goal is to get current and re-align with the wisdom within your Innate Intelligence System —the part of you that already knows how to return to wholeness.
It’s not a process that leads you into reliving trauma.
It’s a return to the place where you might not have felt the feelings that needed to move through you. That’s all.
If you are willing to allow yourself to feel whatever is moving through you… the rhythm will come to completion within 0-8 seconds. That’s literally about how long it’ll take… as opposed to resisting it for years or even decades.
Letting go of the resistance to the song completing is how you’ll be able to move from chaos to emanating the wisdom that will be generated in the completion of the song.

If this spoke to something you’ve been feeling but couldn’t name, share it.
Tag someone who you think would be inspired by this. Oftentimes it’s easier to see in others than in ourselves. The song inside them might be ready to finish, too.
With Love,
Jenna
